PM-46 Abuse/Neglect and Internal Investigations Sharper Training and Consultation Services (STCS) has certified investigators available around the clock to complete investigations. Investigators are started within 24 hours of notification and all efforts will be made to complete them within the 5 day DHSS/DDDS policy requirement. STCS accepts investigations on an individual basis when available, at the rate of $68.00 per hour portal to portal. Estimate of hours needed to complete an investigation will be provided prior to beginning an investigation. Annual agreements for investigation services provide guaranteed availability and lower rates, commensurate with scope of services. All investigators have a minimum of 5 years investigation experience within the State of Delaware. Senior investigators have 10 plus years experience. Pre-License Quality Assurance Surveys STCS senior consultants will review and complete a full Program evaluation based on licensing surveys to ensure that the site meets all DHSS/DDDS requirements. STCS will provide a report that details areas that do not meet standards and will also include corrective actions to meet or exceed requirements in any area of deficiency. STCS can assist in the plan of correction following a QA or Licensing survey. The degree of services can vary from providing insight and guidance, to in-depth services that include systems review, on-shift mentoring and development of tools that are geared toward meeting and adherence to all requirements. STCS not only looks at current issues but assists agencies in being proactive in their provision of services. STCS Quality Assurance senior consultants have a minimum of 15 years experience working within the DHSS/DDDS system in Direct Care, Program Coordination and Human Resources/Administrative positions. |
