| CANCELLATION POLICY |
I. Regularly Scheduled Classes
|
A. Participants must be registered for all classes, either personally or by their agency. It is preferred that registrations are made in writing

B. Sharper Training will confirm all registrations that are made in writing
- When made verbally via telephone or in person, STCS will confirm the class, date and times at the time of registration. There will be no written confirmation.
C. Participants or their Agencies must provide notice of cancellation of registration.
- At least twenty-four (24) hours before the start of the class
a. In writing, whenever possible
b. By telephone at (302) 379 - 3070 or 379 - 3072.
D. It will be STCS’s policy to charge the full class rate for ‘No Shows’ or for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
E. STCS may require advance payment for participants/agencies that have frequent no shows or cancellations.

II. Classes scheduled for Agencies more than thirty-days (30) in advance
|
A. Classes held at the agency’s office or arranged room.
- If class(es) are cancelled with twenty-one (21) days or more notice, there will be no charge.
- If class(es) are cancelled with less than twenty-one (21) days notice, but more then seven (7) days notice, there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of the class fee.
- If class(es) are cancelled with less than seven (7) days notice, there will be a cancellation charge of 100% of the class fee.
B. Class(es) held at a facility arranged for by STCS on behalf of the agency.
- The cancellation fee schedule outlined in I.A. above will apply regarding the class fee.
- The full room fee will be charged for any cancellations with less then thirty (30) days notice.

III. Classes scheduled for Agencies less than thirty-days (30) in advance
|
A. Classes held at the agency’s office or arranged room.
- If class(es) are cancelled with seven days (7) days or more notice, there will be no charge.
- If class(es) are cancelled with less than forty-eight (48) hours notice, there will be a cancellation charge of 100% of the class fee.
B. Class(es) held at a facility arranged for by STCS on behalf of the agency.
- The cancellation fee schedule outlined in III-A above will apply regarding the class fee.
- The full room fee will be charged for any cancellations with less then thirty (30) days notice.

| IV. Cancellations of class(es) or no shows for class due to inclement weather.
|
- Participants can call (302) 379 - 3070 two hours before the start of class to check if the class has been cancelled.
a. Generally, classes will be cancelled based on the school district that the class location is in.
b. Considerations will be taken for those participants traveling more than thirty (30) miles or from areas where the school districts are closed.

V. Cancellations of class(es) or no shows for class due to emergency situations.
|
- Class(es) will be cancelled and no class cancellation fees assessed when a ‘State of Emergency’ has been declared.
- Facilities’ policy will govern charges for the room.

VI. Sharper Training and Consultation Services reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy based on unforeseen or individual circumstances. These exceptions would be made solely at the discretion of STCS.
