Sharper Training and Consultation Services (STCS) has been incorporated in Delaware since 1993, providing training and other services to several Divisions of the State of Delaware's Department of Health and Human Services and many healthcare companies, from Agencies providing residential and vocational services to adults with developmental disabilities to nursing and home health care companies. STCS is owned and operated by John Werner and Christopher Sharp. STCS has several well trained and qualified staff persons that work closely to provide the highest level of consultation and training.   TRAINING Mr. Werner has been a professional instructor for more than 25 years, working in the field of developmental disabilities since 1991. John has been a CPR and First Aid instructor for more than 30 years and is a Faculty Staff Member of the AHA Training Center. Mr. Werner has a BA degree in clinical psychology. Mr. Sharp entered the field of developmental disabilities in 1990. Chris has been a CPR and First Aid instructor for both the American Red Cross and the American Heart Association since 1995 and is a Faculty Staff Member of the AHA Training Center. Both have taken many courses on active training, the adult learner and other methodologies to facilitate the learning process.   CONSULTATION AND INVESTIGATIONS STCS provides many levels of Quality Assurance, Licensing Preparation and PM-46 Abuse and Neglect investigations for agencies providing residential and vocational services. Initial Residential Program Set-up and On-Going Guidance STCS will work closely with new agencies providing services within the State of Delaware to assist in the successful opening of programs and guidance through the regulatory systems unique to Delaware.
